The reason is that you are paying for your place. If you miss a session somebody else could have attended. It also helps us with planning sessions and avoids last minute cancellations.
If you miss a session unfortunately there are no refunds. This is because we believe our pricing is great value even if you have to miss the occasional session. In addition, you’ll still be able to recap what we worked on in your absence via the app. If you are going away for a significant period of time you can cancel your membership but we cannot guarantee your place if you choose to re-join upon your return – demand is high.
Once a booking is made you cannot cancel and receive a refund. We appreciate that life is complicated and plans sometimes have to change, we therefore allow you to re-schedule a booking to a future date if you let us know 48 hours or more in advance of the session time. If not, your booking and payment will be forfeited. Along with everybody else in the modern world, our professionals have to manage very busy schedules and cannot accommodate last minute alterations and cancellations and bear the loss of earnings as a consequence of something they are not responsible for and cannot control.
